This statement informs you how Florida International University will collect and process your personal data when you access this web site (“this Web site”). This statement constitutes the Privacy Policy for the ISMIR Web site only. Where you are required under this website to provide personal data (such as when filling out forms) this data will be used for the following purposes: to confirm registrations, to provide you with information about our conferences and our services, to provide you with information about ISMIR, to contact you when necessary. Where you are purchasing products or services or making payments we work with PCI:DSS compliant merchants and you will be redirected to their website in each case. For payments related to this web page, you will be transferred to a website outside of the University and operated by CyberSource. Please refer to CyberSource’s privacy policyfound on the CyberSource.com website for information about how your data is used. Any online credit card deposits will be processed by the Bank of America, N.A. (“BOA”). Please note that the University does not process your card details in any way but the University may receive information from CyberSource that your transaction has been completed and this may also include personal information required to identify your payment which may then be processed by the University.
